Each year a new product has been added to the collection, which are not only simply classical in design but also grow and change throughout the years because of the inherent qualities of the material used – Green Oak.

Sustainability and the environment has been at the core of all work since its inception. All the oak is locally sourced, and for many reasonson it is hand scrubbed rather than planed or sanded.

Having attained a degree in Furniture Design & Craftsmanship at Buckingham University, and then acheived an MA in Furniture Design Marnie won awards leading her to show her work at the Milan and New York Furniture Fairs. Green Oak Furniture began to be launched.

From its humble beginnings in 2004 Marnie's reputation has grown and developed and her work furniture has been included at private functions such as the Hay Festival, Observer Ethical Awards and The Green Party Campaign Launch and her work is taken to prestigious events including; Burleigh, Country Living Fairs, Grand Designs, RHS Chelsea Flower Show and is currently being used as as a feature touring in the kitchen of The Prince's House.
